Despite the prevalence of health law courses in U.S. law schools, there are still few studentoriented ancillary materials. However, there are numerous clear and lucid law review articles and background reports. I will provide copies of, or links to, the more useful of these materials on a topic-by-topic basis. Plus, you have direct free access to most of these through HeinOnline, Westlaw, Lexis, and other databases.
There are also some good reference books. You really do not need to use any of these sources. I list them here only should you want to consult them to get more depth or breadth on certain issues.
